Viviana comes from a builder family and takes pride in her roots. Her family still lives in the custom home her father built over 28 years ago.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Simon Fraser University, she worked in chemical diagnostics supporting research universities across the United States.

She later moved into corporate and business paralegal work at a Vancouver law firm, developing strong knowledge of contracts and legal processes.

After moving to Alberta, she obtained her real estate license and began helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Alberta. Her background in law gives her a strong advantage when navigating real estate contracts and ensuring transactions run smoothly.

She has extensive experience assisting out-of-province buyers relocating to Alberta, using her own relocation experience to guide clients through the process.
